I enjoy contributing to market intelligence and professional wisdom – and helping people in business to experience long-term consistent success. Of course, it’s not all plain-sailing, there are ups-and-downs along the way, but the secret is to avoid coming unstuck in times of change

In 1984, I launched Quarterly Commentary, a newsletter for clients and contacts. I wanted to write articles stimulating and useful enough for people to want to keep – as in fact many regular readers have done, often referring to them years later. .To begin with, the newsletter was printed on paper and posted to approximately 1,000 recipients, every 3 months. After a while, I renamed it Current Review and many years later Rent Review Matters – “RRM”. By then the circulation had expanded and since it has been on-line any number of regular readers.
